What happens if I go over 3 tons? Each dumpster rental allows the customer to put 3 tons (6,000 pounds) in their dumpster. Each ton that is over the allowed 3 tons will be charged a flat rate of $65.00 per ton. Weight is rounded up to the next ton, for additional/excessive wear and tear on our company vehicle. CUSTOMERS' CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED IF THEY ARE OVERWEIGHT. Chuck-It will notify the Customer of their overage before charging their card and will provide dump receipt to the customer that proves the overage.
